My experience with Harbor Grace has mostly been with their at home hospice care team who've helped me care for my mom at home who has pancreatic cancer. For the past few months, the whole team have been extremely helpful and supportive during this difficult time in our lives making sure that my mom has been cared for and supported in every way... from nursing care, home health services that help with bathing and cleaning, providing medical equipment (hospital bed, supplies, oxygen machine, wheelchair, bedding and incontinence supplies, etc.) counseling, medications, emotional support, chaplain support and even some assistance with a problematic home repair that helped me keep my focus on caring for my mom, thank u Chaplain Waller. My mom's assigned nurse Tiffany has been an absolute blessing treating my mom with such grace and compassion while caring for her. My mom said from the very beginning "I like her" and they developed a bond ever since. That extended to me as nurse Tiffany ended up being a great support and shoulder for me to lean on as well. Thank u Ms. Tara for coordinating with me for any and all of our needs. To the whole home care staff at Harbor Grace ... Nurse Tiffany, Ms. Tara, Taylor, Alli, Chaplain Waller, Robin, Talethia, and many others. Thank you all for the love and support that you've shown my family.
