Spiritual Support/Chaplain Services

Spiritual Care for Life’s Most Sacred Moments

At Harbor Grace Hospice, we understand that end-of-life care is not only physical-it is emotional, relational, and deeply spiritual.  Our Chaplaincy Department is here to walk alongside patients and families with presence, compassion, and hope during one of life’s most sacred transitions.

Our Chaplains provide individualized spiritual care that honors each family’s beliefs, values, and traditions. Whether rooted in a specific faith, spiritually seeking, or non-religious, we meet you where you are with respect and without judgment.

At Harbor Grace Hospice, we hold a deep and sacred respect for the men and women who have served our nation. Our chaplains are honored to provide specialized recognition and support for veterans and their families during the end-of-life journey.

Every year we work with our bereavement Coordinator to offer meaningful memorial ceremonies that include the recognition of the veterans that we have had the pleasure of caring for. This ceremony may offer an opportunity to acknowledge service, sacrifice, and the unique experiences carried by those who have worn the uniform.

We are honored to be there for you and your family when you need it most.  It is our privilege to serve you in one of the most tender moments of your life.  In every moment of uncertainty, grief, reflection, or quiet sacredness, the Chaplaincy Department of Harbor Grace Hospice stands ready to walk beside you.
